We have a 30-day refund or replacement policy on all purchases.

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can begin a return or exchange through the customer portal.

Refunds of US-based payment methods can take a number of days to be visible, but are usually fully settled within 7-10 business days after they have been issued.

LABL Guarantee Shipping Protection FAQ

LABL Guarantee is an optional service that provides coverage for your shipments against, lost, stolen, or damaged orders while in transit. It offers peace of mind by ensuring that you receive a replacement or refund for the value of the item it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to your address.

You can submit a claim through the customer portal for any lost, stolen or damaged products. On average your claim will be approved within 2 business hours. Please note that claims submitted outside the specified time frames may experience a delay as we wait to ensure that appropriate time has passed. 

Lost orders - Claims must be filed 7 days after last date of tracking update

Stolen orders - Claims must be filed 5 days after the date of delivered

Damaged orders - Claims can be submitted immediately upon discovery.
